Important usage instructions:

• Before using the pan for the first time, wash it with warm soapy water, dry it well, and lightly oil or butter it.
• Low or medium heat is sufficient for the best cooking results. Never overheat the pan.
• Cast aluminum is a very good conductor of heat, and continuous overheating can damage the coating.
• Do not heat the pan when it is empty.
• The pan should be used only for cooking. Do not use the pan to store food for extended periods.
• Use only wooden and silicone utensils, and do not cut food in the pan.
• After use, allow the pan to cool for a while, clean it with warm soapy water, and dry it thoroughly.
• Dishwasher use is not recommended; some harsh cleaners may damage the product.
• A slight color change in the coating inside the pan does not negatively affect the quality or effectiveness of the product during use.
• The handles of the pans made of bakelite and the knobs on the lids are heat-resistant from 180-240°C.
• Pots and pans without plastic parts are also suitable for the oven.
