After a lot of research, I ended up with this product, and the choice did not disappoint me. The baking is ideal with options on how crispy or soft you want it. The machine does the job like a "professional". I just want to note that the recipe you choose plays a big role. With two or three trials, we found the perfect recipe for perfect results. If you don't like what it gives you, it's not the machine's fault, just try another recipe!
