I added some silicone and glued the rubber cap, and now everything is fine... I didn't expect this from Mullinex

Did you find this review helpful?All those who give 5 stars I wonder if they have never had another juicer and have no point of comparison. Unfortunately, the juicer is so impractical that I honestly prefer to use the manual one I have.. yes, the one where you squeeze the oranges yourself.
Too difficult to clean, the cone for oranges fits on top of the cone for lemons, which means that in order to make orange juice you have to place 2 cones, one on top of the other, and of course wash them afterwards along with the other 2 parts. The collection container has so many crevices that it never dries, no matter how long you leave it on the dish rack, resulting in water always remaining when you try to put it back in place. Also, the motor always gets dirty as liquid runs from the collection container, resulting in having to wash the motor as well.
I have had many juicers before and never had such issues.
The worst choice I have made. Better get a manual one if you don't have a little more money to spend on a more decent juicer. You will regret it every time you want to use it.Translated from Greek ·- Quiet

Did you find this review helpful?We bought this juicer based on the reviews and the good reputation of the company. At first, we were impressed. It has a sturdy construction and is a powerful and fast juicer. In fact, we recommended it to friends as a more expensive but high-quality juicer.
However, it stopped working after 3 months. We took it to an authorized service center and they told us there was a motor problem (over the phone) and then an issue with the gears (when we received it back). They said that this damage is not covered by our warranty. The repair was quite expensive (about 40% of the purchase price) and it took a long time (approximately 1.5 weeks).
When I contacted the after-sales service, they followed the same line of blaming the damage on excessive pressure or misuse, etc. Of course, this cannot be proven, but I know that we used this machine very carefully and responsibly. We did not apply excessive pressure at all. Moreover, the machine was so powerful that it did not require any additional pressure.
Now, I am skeptical about the build quality (it is a very good and powerful juicer, but if the motor/gears break again, we will have almost reached the cost of purchase) and definitely negative about the support (service and after-sales).

Did you find this review helpful?I have had it for 4 years. Bought it in 2018 for 37 Euros. It is very powerful, it has not gotten stuck anywhere - even when squeezing pomegranates, it works flawlessly. Its plastics are of high quality and if you take care of them and wash them after squeezing, they won't get damaged. If you leave them for a few hours to wash them, for example when you come back from work because you don't have time in the morning, the acidic juice from fruit residues will make them lose their "shine" over time (I made that mistake at the beginning - later I learned!). There are spare parts available, of course - if I remember correctly, you can get new plastics for about 15-20 Euros. The noise is moderate, but not squeaky like in cheap motors of the series - personally, I like it. I highly recommend it, and I would buy it again.

I am quite satisfied with what it offers for the price I bought it (around €50 if I remember correctly). To make juice from 3 oranges, it takes about 1-2 minutes. The noise it makes is relatively small, possibly even negligible. The positives are that it is very easy and quick to clean, as well as the quality of its material and overall construction. One negative aspect that sometimes troubles me is that I cannot use a tall glass because its spout is a bit low.
Now, as for its budget, I don't think I could charge it with any more negatives. I assume that if you want to make juice from 3-4 oranges in half a minute or make no noise at all, you will have to go for a different price range. However, I believe that anyone who wants a reliable and affordable solution for making juices, it is a very honest choice. I definitely recommend it!
