    I have been suffering from iron deficiency anemia since I started having my period, but I can no longer undergo treatment with the traditional iron supplements due to sensitive intestines and a sensitive stomach.

    I cannot know if I would have seen a difference in blood tests as I started it empirically - I have learned to recognize the symptoms of anemia - but I saw a significant difference after 2 weeks of use (I am not ready to faint if I walk 100 meters, my hair stopped falling out in handfuls, I don't look like a vampire).

    I had some minor gastrointestinal discomfort only in the first few days (a slight nausea and bloating) but at least I can continue the "treatment" as long as it does not cause unbearable pain and constipation like the other supplements.
