After about 6 months of use, hair loss has been successfully reduced. My hair has strengthened, and I've noticed a slight thickening of the hair. It has a somewhat strong smell, but it doesn't bother me, since it is primarily a specialized medicinal product. Personally, I use it for 6 months and then take a break for 2-3 months before using it again, so that my hair doesn't get used to it.

I was not satisfied with the effectiveness of the product and therefore I will not buy it again. The scent, on the other hand, is purely subjective.

Average... with frequent use it gives a dullness to the hair, while it can easily dry out the scalp... of course, it also depends on each person's hair type. Personally, I use it rarely now for the above reasons and I'm waiting for it to finish. It's unlikely that I will buy it again, there are better options available.

I believe it does a lot of work. If you don't like the scent, you can apply hair cream after using it.

I was really satisfied since I tried it!! I saw the results after 6 uses. Hair loss stopped and it shows in the wash! I use it on a daily basis and leave the foam on my head for about three minutes and then rinse.

Mediocre product, the scent, texture, and packaging suggest a low-quality product. The caffeine probably only helps with the marketing of the product.

As a shampoo, it is good. I don't know if a shampoo can do much for hair loss, especially in men, because about 70% of the problem is due to androgenetic type. Of course, until today, nothing like this has come out. However, the combination with other products, such as vitamins and regaine or generally minoxidil, may actually be beneficial.

I have a very serious problem with hair loss and greasiness... I have tried countless shampoos but none of them helped until I tried ALPECIN C1 CAFFEINE and here I will stay with soft hair, very nice scent and finally I got rid of greasiness and stopped aggressive hair loss! I leave it on my head for about 5 minutes and then rinse it off and I feel a very pleasant freshness!!!! It's worth a try and cheap compared to other expensive anti-hair loss shampoos!! (Before, just after taking a bath after 2-3 hours, I would touch my hair and my hands would get oily, now until the third day after washing, they remain dry)
