Unfortunately, it cools down very quickly after warming up, simple gel ice packs are better, the only helpful thing is its shape

I believe every breastfeeding woman needs them, they are the most practical in compresses, especially for new moms who don't have the time to make them

The warmth doesn't last at all and the cold provides relief after breastfeeding but it's nothing special. I wouldn't buy it again, completely useless product, the compresses with a towel in hot water are much better.

Nice patches, just keep in mind that they don't last long in the heat! After 5 minutes, they reach room temperature!

Very useful product for breastfeeding. I use it daily as warm compresses just before breastfeeding or pumping. I don't have a microwave, so I heat them up in a pot with warm water (not boiling). I would prefer if they retained heat longer as compresses (they cool down relatively quickly).

Very good, they are needed for the chest if you breastfeed or pump milk. They can be heated in hot water without any problem!! Personally, I put them in a container with boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes and they reach a nice temperature!

I use them as both cold and hot compresses, due to breast overload. They do a very good job so far, warming and cooling the chest as needed. In the microwave, they require a few extra seconds than what is indicated.

It saved me. I put them in the microwave for 18-20 seconds each without taking them out of their case. It may feel cold when you touch it with your hand, but it's perfect on the chest. In a few minutes, the hard spots on the chest softened and the baby nursed much more easily. I had tried with towels, but they would cool down in seconds. I highly recommend it.

If you are breastfeeding, get it! It saved me and prevented mastitis + it warms up my breast before breastfeeding and the baby eats more comfortably. It also helps with pumping, warming up the breast before pumping makes the milk come out more easily. Just make sure you have a microwave, it doesn't have instructions for boiling water

It does not retain temperature at all, neither hot nor cold. When you put it in the case, you don't feel the temperature at all, and when you take it out of the case, you either freeze or burn yourself. I bought them to avoid using wet towels, as I gave birth in winter, but overall I can't say that I was satisfied.

Very good, they help a lot with breast milk letdown. Be careful not to forget them in the microwave because they explode (one of mine exploded).

They are very convenient. They heat up instantly in the microwave and hug the chest quite well. They can also be used as cold compresses.
