Usage Instructions:

  • Before each use, make sure that the safety valve, the release button, and the pressure regulation valve are clean and functioning properly
  • Ensure that the gasket is clean and properly placed on the lower inner rim of the lid
  • Carefully check inside the lid to ensure that the safety valve is in good condition and can move freely
  • The recess of the pressure regulation valve located on the inner side of the lid should also be checked to ensure it is not blocked, using a sharp object
  • After each use, always clean the cooker with warm water and liquid detergent
  • Do not use strong or corrosive detergents, products containing bleach, or wire sponges
  • The main body of the cooker can be washed in the dishwasher, but not the lid

It's a shame that there are no spare parts. Around one year, it started to have leaks from the blue valve. I asked everywhere. In the end, I had to change the whole lid. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a solution. Stay away from this one because there is a similar style with a different name. The sale is easy. The support and service are difficult. Only serves for.... a helmet!!!!!!

    It is good. It does everything mentioned in the other comments but... The steam release button does not work. It is essentially fake. It should seal and release steam when turned. However, this button is essentially floating and you have to manually lift it up high (with a spoon, for example, to avoid burning yourself) to let the steam out. Only for this reason, I would say it is not worth its money.

    Before buying it, I couldn't find any reviews to support my purchase. Since I had other products from the same brand, I decided to take the risk. It turned out to be a very good choice. Sturdy construction, it is thin and narrow, ideal for the 21.5 cm diameter induction hob. It closes very well, doesn't leak, boils everything very quickly and additionally, if the temperature inside the pot is too high, there is an additional valve that lifts and informs you to lower the temperature. Flawless, prefer it over other branded ones that cost a fortune.

    Although I am the owner of a 7lt pressure cooker that reminds me a little of the matrix, I was not completely satisfied without having any serious complaint apart from the size. That's why I decided to switch to a larger capacity pressure cooker and I decided to try this one even though it had no comments so far. Of course, I already have two simple pots of the same brand and I am completely satisfied. So, to the point: It is a very sturdy construction that is even easier to close than the aforementioned pressure cooker. Also, the cooking times are incredible: I turn it off as soon as it whistles in most dishes because otherwise they will melt. In conclusion, and without having much experience with pressure cookers, I am completely satisfied with my purchase
