The car charger caught fire as soon as I connected it. It is a cheaply made charger, with no certification stamp, just like the 230V / 4.7V charger, which is currently working. As for the rest, the flashlight is just fine.
What can I say, I can't believe it, I go out at night in the fields with two of these lenses and I work for four hours, I will buy another six, they are rechargeable. I can't believe they work at such a price. I was saved. The only problem is that they don't work with batteries from other companies and I mistakenly bought batteries from another brand that I didn't need.
In the strap where the cable is, there is no adjustment for the size of the strap, so you might end up having it unevenly placed on your head. Its presence on the head is noticeable, both the weight and the tightness from the straps. I don’t know how comfortable it will be after an hour of use. The materials used reflect the price of the product. There is a charger for a bipolar European home and car socket that ends in a jack plug.
Very good lens, comparable to more expensive ones I had in the past. The batteries last quite a while. Only time will tell if it's really worth its money. If anything comes up, I will come back. Edit 19/11/23 it had a fall but it still works... it broke in the Bright indicator it has. Okay, it was a good fall in the mountains. If anything comes up, I will come back.
Extremely powerful, good quality, especially considering its cost. The only drawback, as others have mentioned, is the battery. It doesn't last for more than half an hour. I will try some Panasonic batteries that are recommended, but I still think it's worth the cost
The lens is fine. (It is exactly the same as the BL-2189). It has a blue light in addition to the white one. It also has a red light on the back of the battery compartment, presumably to make you visible to drivers when cycling. It comes with a home and car charger with a jack, not microUSB. The two included 18650 lithium batteries are almost lightweight, although they claim to be 8800mAh on the outside - lies. These will need to be replaced (I used PANASONIC NCR 3400mAh green ones) and then the flashlight lasts for hours.
It has three levels of use, one very strong, one strong, and one that flashes. Very high-quality construction and easy and fast charging. The only negative is that it has a very strong lamp that, if the light falls on the eyes, is very annoying.
In the strong mode, the light is very cold and even for LED it is off-putting. For the money, it's okay, don't expect anything amazing but it will do the job. The battery needs to be replaced with a higher quality one.
Update 26/02
It has proven to be more durable than it initially seemed, it has fallen on rocks several times and hasn't suffered any damage...
I notice that if I charge the batteries with an external charger (xtar), they last longer than if I charge them with the flashlight's charger.
Update 04/23
Well, it still works, it hasn't had any problems, used it for fishing in wet conditions, etc. no issues... however, the ring that screws onto the lens can come loose, for example, if you zoom out and if you don't notice it, it falls off, it makes a clinking sound and sinks... (unfortunate).
Tied with electrical tape, it works like that for about three months. I haven't noticed anything else, okay, the fabrics it holds onto on the headband have frayed a bit, it's heavy especially with 2x18650 batteries but it's reliable for the money
