It's b-die. They easily run at 3800 16-16-16-32-48 with 1.4v on Asus Rog Strix B550-F and Ryzen 5800x3d. I have the Be Quiet Pure Base 500DX and the maximum temperatures I saw on the memory after 2-3 hours of gaming are 50 degrees in winter and 55 degrees in summer.

The original setup was revived! Upgraded from an 8GB dimm for video rendering in DaVinci Resolve. Huge difference as you can understand!

Guaranteed Samsung b-die goes above and beyond with a little +vddq.
1.5v maximum in my opinion for daily use (after that it becomes a little temperature sensitive) and generally a bit confusing to stabilize, especially if you have a hot graphics card underneath or poor case airflow.
The only negative is the heatsink that doesn't cover the entire last modules. You won't have a problem if you don't go above the XMP voltage or if you have a fan pointed at them.
