  My parents had it, but from what I understood, they didn't use it much. However, every time I went to my childhood home, I would sit on the couch and use it for a long time. So I won't judge it for what it's supposed to be but for how it helped me. I am 183 cm tall, weigh 110 kg, and have been out of shape for years. My back is like a rock from inactivity. Well, this machine caused pain and relieved me. Obviously, that's not its job, and no one should end up like my mess. Now the on/off light is blinking, and it doesn't respond to any stimuli. I opened it to see if it could be fixed; I believe it got stressed from the 3 consecutive 15-minute sessions on the couch that I had it on me. I will get back to it if I fix it. Because it's really a shame to spend so much money.

  In 2 something years, the front seat got a hole and one of the 2 massage balls broke. While it lasted, it did a good and strong job. But it couldn't handle it.

  It is the second massage cushion I bought after years. It has very good quality despite being made in China. Its transformer is built-in, so only the power cord comes out of the cushion. It only has heating on the back. The mechanism for the neck massage is adjustable mechanically up and down. However, when you place it on a chair, it sits low and touches high on the back for me, who is 1.73cm tall. Normally, they should mention a range of heights for users. What I found as a solution is to place it on a sofa, so that the seat sinks a little and reaches my neck at its highest setting. If the instructions do not allow its use on a sofa due to insufficient ventilation.

  It is the 1st time I buy such a product, so I have no point of comparison. Let me start with the basic, which is that it is a chair with a soft cushion and a hard back that can be adjusted to an existing chair. Ideally, it should have a high back. In terms of massage, it is relatively pleasant. It is a strong massage. At a height of 1.70, which is my height, it is ok, but definitely for anyone over 1.80, the upper part will be low on the neck. The massage is strong, which I liked, but obviously if someone wants something softer, the suggested solution is to put a towel between you and the chair. Overall, it is a purchase that if you have the extra money, it's ok to buy it, but it won't change your life, nor will you feel any amazing relief in your sore body. It is more of a pleasant relaxation, if you have spent the whole day in an office chair.

  • It has been 4 days since I bought it from a physical store, so my impressions will be limited. Let's clarify that it is very well constructed, the quality of the material is evident, and you easily perceive its durability.

  • Now, about the massage: the device has a strong intensity, I would not recommend it to someone looking for something gentle for relaxation, especially for the entire back area. It does not have springs, so as you can understand, the pressure is strong. On the other hand, for those who like a strong massage, go for it. It is just right for the neck and shoulders, you just need to find your position. One positive aspect is that you can adjust the height of the upper rollers vertically to a large extent.

  • Negatives: it does not have intensity/pressure adjustment / It does not have many programs / The material is not removable for washing.

  I believe we wasted our money... and it's not 10 euros, it's quite a lot of money! It wasn't worth it. The only positive thing is the heat it actually produces to a great extent, which was the only thing that impressed me, the warmth you feel. Otherwise, it's terrible! It doesn't support you in the right places... it's a small chair that only suits children... As soon as I used it, not only did it not help me, but I was in pain for 5 days! It presses on your bones so much... You don't get a massage, you suffer! Stay away before you regret it like I did!

  I bought the chair as it was the cheapest model with automatic neck massage (which is not easily visible in the description but it is true). Unfortunately, when I received it, I noticed the following:
  1. It is quite short and the neck/shoulder massage at the highest setting is too low for me and it bothers me (I am 1.83 meters tall, it is good for my children - and they actually liked it a lot!).
  2. The image and description are misleading: The neck massage is NOT heated (only the back) despite showing it in red and saying that it is...
  3. The massage is very hard. Strangely, the massage heads do not have springs like almost all other devices, which is very annoying.
  These are for the protection of other buyers.
