  It's a fragrance with a intense freshness, that would probably be recommended during the spring-summers in more of a day to day use, and not for formal events or going out.

  It is one that has stood the test of time however, as it reminds you of the 90s and Beverly Hills 90210.

  As mentioned in other reviews, the longevity on the scent doesn't last too long, but evens out into a soft hint of a smell, would say worth it for the price however.

  Very nice fragrance for everyday use, especially in the summer you wear it after a shower and you feel super clean. You can even wear it at the gym or at work. Very affordable but minimal lasting power, it doesn't last more than 20 minutes. I suggest getting a similar type where it's even cheaper and has a longer duration.

  First of all, great price for the ml BUT IT DOESN'T LAST EVEN 30 MINUTES..you have to spray every hour... I will try the parfum maybe I will change my mind...

  In 1985, Olivier Creed and Pierre Bourdon created a unique fragrance called Green Irish Tweed. Three years later, Pierre Bourdon, the best perfumer ever in my opinion, used the successful formula he knew and created Davidoff Cool Water. An affordable fragrance with unique characteristics, very close to Green Irish Tweed. The fragrance was loved like no other and established a tobacco company in the fragrance industry, expressing the cool and daring spirit of the brand.

  Cool Water was not targeted towards a specific age group of consumers. People bought it as a first fragrance for their child, but also as a fragrance for their grandfather. In 2008-9, the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) imposed restrictions on the use of oakmoss in fragrances due to its allergenic properties, resulting in many fragrances revising their composition and using synthetic materials to remain as close as possible to the original.

  Among these fragrances was Cool Water. After the reformulation, its new composition was about 70-80% close to the original, with the drydown being even closer, while the opening differed, emitting a synthetic note that you would perceive (as if it smelled freshness from laundry detergent). Today, 15 years later and after several revisions, it remains the most popular fragrance. With over 200+ fragrances in my collection, I will occasionally spray Cool Water on myself, not so much for the fragrance it is today, but to remind me of the fragrance it was back then. Even today, there are a few pieces of the original composition, which you can find on the market under the name Davidoff Cool Water Original Lancaster, and you will recognize them by the different bottle and the different font on the packaging.

  Cool Water is a fragrance that can be worn daily and is suitable for all seasons. Its longevity is good, and the combination of aromatic elements makes it ideal for men who desire a cool, yet masculine fragrance with versatile use. It is worth noting that Cool Water remains popular despite changes in its composition over time, and it is one of the best fragrances you can buy for the money.

  For those seeking an aromatic and refreshing fragrance to accompany them daily, Cool Water is an excellent choice worth trying.

  * The EDT version is unique, all other versions produced are different fragrances, unlike other companies. The EDP version that is available is completely different in aromatic composition.

  Purely for emotional reasons, I will give it 4 stars, an aroma that takes me back to beautiful old times. No, it's not complex. No, it's not realistic or a high-quality fragrance. It's not modern either, but it is simple, happy, and even today, I prefer to smell it on other people rather than something like Eros, Sauvage, CDNI. Good fragrances show in the years, and fragrances like this one, and something like Eu Sauvage, Egoiste, etc., have earned their right to withstand the test of time.

  Purchase after a very good experience from Intense (no relation to the original. Completely different scent) while I wanted something more than my good memory from the simple cool water edt that I wore in my early 20s. Slight disappointment, I could say. Sweet and refreshing, not aggressive at all, people pleasing. Minimal ambroxan. On my skin (I have difficult chemistry) moderate duration, 2-3 hours. Sillage almost nonexistent, projection also almost nonexistent. It is an OK everyday scent, but more for you to feel good wearing it, especially if you are young/inexperienced in the field of men's fragrances, but its price does not correspond to what you get in return. At 25 euros it would be OK for the 50ml, which with frequent use of 6-7 sprays that are necessary for this one, lasts you for 2 months of use.

  Three stars for its scent alone. Surely our father, uncle, maybe even our grandfather once wore this perfume and its scent awakens memories. Timeless, many newer fragrances have been built upon it. Classic scent. Not something extraordinary though, considering today's standards. The longevity is relatively moderate, if not bad. It's a fragrance that doesn't have anything to prove.
