  I have tried numerous eyeliners for the past fifteen years. It is one of the best, especially considering its price. Easy application, great staying power from morning to night (even with oily eyelids), easy to fix, easy to remove. I have been using it daily for six months and it never fails me!

  I have been buying this eyeliner for years because the applicator suits me. I can say that I see reviews saying that it smudges easily. However, I have it on all day and it stays the same. Obviously, it will smudge if you rub your eyes or get water on it, come on.
