If you work with it for a long time, it tires you due to the position of the motor (it is at the edge, far from your body), but otherwise it is a very good tool, even for thick branches
I had searched the Greek market extensively for a telescopic hedge trimmer. I needed it for amateur use in my garden. I ended up with Gardena, even though this particular model was the most expensive in its category compared to Einhel, Black & Decker, etc., with the hope that its German identity would compensate me.
I have only used it once so far. Impressive!! Powerful. Very effective in cutting. Very convenient to be able to change the angle of the tool. The only downside, for now, is the weight. Because the motor is located at the top, it significantly burdens the grip, especially when fully extended. In other words, while cutting, you also get a workout! I was afraid of this, but there was no other option in this specific category, except for one model from Einhel.
