It does not dissolve easily at all. It remains very thick after being mixed with water, which makes it difficult to swallow and not enjoyable at all. Besides the thick consistency, the taste tries to resemble strawberry but it is nauseating. I will never buy it again.

I have been involved in bodybuilding for years. I have been searching for a casein that dissolves well and has a great taste for a "lifetime". I found this in ON in recent years. However, this year it changed its composition and became like all the others. It is difficult to dissolve, with pieces that do not melt and a texture like puree, just like all the others. I will think about whether I will buy it again since it no longer differs from the others. It's really a shame. Two stars, just to be kind and for the sake of the good old days.
