Tragic build quality, nozzle on the vacuum cleaner constantly experiences tension, with a permanently twisted hose, plate clamps that do not hold the hose in place. It takes three times longer to do my work and I have to be patient until I can get another one and throw this away
We bought it mainly for cleaning our carpets as we have dogs at home and sometimes they cause damage! We are very satisfied with the fact that it heats up the water quickly and cleans the carpets! Sometimes it requires a lot of patience for tough stains, but it is still exceptional! Additionally, we liked the fact that it removed mold from tiles instantly!
