Quite good, I wouldn't call them ergonomic but definitely better than those that come with the shoes.
Durable, definitely yes.
As for the negatives, I would say that they leave a brown color on the socks

I have been looking for insoles that do not get destroyed quickly, do not smell, and are comfortable for a long time. These ones are exactly what I was looking for. I use them in my work boots for agricultural tasks and I highly recommend them.

I bought it because it dries easily and it withstands inside the boot, unlike most gels, probably due to the skin it doesn't tear.. It's definitely worth its money!
