I bought it in combination with the corresponding mouthwash after my visit to the dentist for cleaning. It has been six months, and indeed compared to before when I just brushed my teeth with a toothpaste and a supermarket mouthwash, I have noticed a difference. My teeth, especially at the bottom where I had a lot of tartar, have remained as they were after the cleaning from the dentist. Throughout this six months, of course, I have been using the same products. I haven't changed them.
Excellent toothpaste that offers protection against plaque and cavities. I have tried many toothpastes, but this one is among the best; it creates a nice foam in the mouth and leaves you with a feeling of cleanliness and freshness. Mildly 4, it does the job for continuous use, but not for acute situations, rather for maintenance. The packaging is the opposite of practicality, the mixture is too thin so it comes out a lot from the nozzle even in a lying position, you don't use as much quantity as you need, its length is not convenient anywhere, but at least it has a quantity. It has a nice taste and leaves teeth clean. I have been using it for over a month, because I have a problem with plaque on my teeth. Unfortunately, I have not seen any improvement. Maybe it doesn't work on my body.

I discovered this specific toothpaste from a sample given to me by my dentist. It is truly excellent. You feel your teeth clean and shiny. As a product, it gets an excellent rating from me. However, the only negative aspect is its packaging. It seems like we shouldn't be using plastic straws for the sake of the environment, yet for a toothpaste packaging, there is too much plastic waste. Additionally, it leaves a significant amount of product inside, even when I thought it was finished. I had to open it with a knife and there was still enough for 2-3 more uses.
I met this specific toothpaste a year ago, after receiving a sample from a pharmacy in my neighborhood. Since then, I haven't changed it for any other! And when I happen to brush my teeth with toothpaste from another company, I never feel as satisfied with the final result of cleanliness-freshness as I do with this one from Frezyderm. The intensity of the mint is just right, without burning your mouth, and it really makes a difference in plaque. Of course, it needs to be combined with flossing, but I see a significant difference compared to, for example, Sensodyne which I used for years.
