  My best man gave me this watch as a gift. I wore it for 3 years non-stop (including in the sea, of course). Unfortunately, in a moment of great inspiration in August 2019, I jumped into the sea from a considerable height, about 6 meters, and the bracelet at the point where it connects to the case on both sides bent and opened (due to the pressure from the impact with the water, entirely my fault). I have been waiting for a replacement from the official dealership since October 2019, and now it's March 30, 2020, with the coronavirus in our country, and I don't see any progress. In phone conversations every 2 months with the service, they basically told me not to bother them unnecessarily and that they will call me when they finally send all the orders from the headquarters in Europe, because they haven't sent anything since 2019 and I'm not the only one. Also, Citizen doesn't sell spare parts separately, only the whole bracelet for 75 euros, which we have ordered (for 6 months now). Overall, it's an awesome watch, it charges with sunlight, you forget to change the battery, it doesn't lose a minute, but when it comes to service, if something happens... don't let it happen to you. And of course, from my experience, they try to make a big deal out of a small issue, as the service representative himself told me, they reached a price of 75 euros for a damage that would cost 10-18 euros... such a shame
