Easy to use! It has a thin fabric case in the packaging and also does not become stiff in the freezer, it remains flexible.
It is an excellent product and at a good price, at 11 euros that I bought it. It does the job it is supposed to do and the duration it lasts on the affected area of the foot or hand that has swelling or inflammation. I use it intensively daily and several times throughout the day and I can say that it is exactly what I needed. And above all, it has great durability, both the compression bag and the case with the scratch strap. I can't find anything negative about it. I highly recommend it.
Excellent "tool" for injuries. It freezes quickly while having the case that can be adjusted to many parts of the body. The scratch after a while may not hold up well, but it does its job so well that this is a minor flaw. I bought it 9 years ago and literally wore it out. Now, of course, I bought it again because I couldn't find anything better (value for money).
Having tried several ice packs and after applying cryotherapy on myself thousands of times, I have to say that these are by far the best ones so far!
First and foremost, even after being fully frozen, they remain flexible, so they can be applied immediately. Others become too stiff and need several minutes (over 15-20) to soften a bit in order to be able to wrap around the leg.
The cold lasts long enough to effectively cool both knees consecutively (I put them on for 13 minutes on one and 13 minutes on the other).
The case is sleek with nice fabric and the Velcro is okay, but it seems that after several uses, it will start to lose its stickiness in the same spot that is constantly used, but this is expected to some extent.
Edit. After about 6 months of intensive use, what I feared from the beginning happened. The fabric no longer sticks to the Velcro, while the Velcro itself has come off the elastic and I have already sewn it twice. I am deducting one star due to the quality of the case, although if I were to get new ice packs, I would probably get the same ones as I haven't come across any brand so far that has a truly good case
I have changed three of these with relatively careful use, it creates holes and all the gel comes out, plus it ruins your hair and is difficult to rinse off. It opens and then becomes useless. PREFER ANOTHER ICE PACK FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY !!!
It is quite good and relieving product. Simply, it is small and it needs two if someone has a large area that hurts.
