    I agree with the gentleman above.
    I have had it for less than a year and I have already sent it for service once, and tomorrow I will send it again for the second time because nothing was done during the first service!
    I do not recommend it to anyone. Very bad tool. I had to buy a manual stapler to finish a small frame that I wanted to cover with fabric (thin). Nobody should buy it because they will be disappointed.

    Useless, it doesn't stick and it breaks the toothpicks, both together and stuck, and many times it doesn't even stick them and they become crooked.
