At first, when I received it, I was disappointed because I had another ice pack that I used directly without a case and I thought this one wouldn't do the job. But in the end, it's great... it has a fabric case with two rubber bands that you can attach the ice pack to any point and freeze it as needed... it does a good job! If you press the super cooling button half an hour before putting it in the freezer... then it will freeze your blood! I am very satisfied with its price and functionality!

I thought it was a material defect and bought a second thermogel, but unfortunately it also punctured on the first heating attempt. When I contacted the company that represents it, they told me they couldn't compensate me financially, but they would send me 2 new thermogels.
