In order to see results, it is necessary to wear the brace for a long duration throughout the day (even during sleep) and daily. If you get it to walk barefoot all day, then it is a good choice. However, inside the shoe, the fabric brace cannot support the bunion, keeping the big toe in the correct position. Even if you tie it tightly, at some point the big toe will hurt as if the shoe is hitting it. Only a rigid type of brace can provide some help. For the above reasons, I have the courage to say that the product does not meet the expectations of the buyer - patient!
