The water boils quickly even when it is full. We have had it for 2 years and it has not caught any limescale, which is very convenient as it collects the cord on the base and you can have everything you need. We have it right next to the outlet and the cord is almost all gathered and does not obstruct when you have other things on the counter.

After one month of purchase, it whistles for no reason and is slower compared to other kettles I had.

Bad purchase

Very good kettle. Boils quickly, completely silent, and doesn't collect any salts. I had the previous black model for about five years, but it made a lot of noise and collected a lot of salts. This one is completely different. I highly recommend it!

After 2 and something years of use, it presented a contact problem! After the warranty expired, that is...! I took it to an authorized BRAUN service, but they couldn't repair it! What a shame! I trusted the German quality, but it's a disappointment!

I have it for a year and I use it a lot because of my baby. It easily accumulates salts, so I have to clean it constantly, and it makes a lot of noise when boiling (whistling). The positive aspect is the function that prevents it from starting if there is no water inside (that's how I burned my previous device).
