I have worked with it in 3 shops for 5 years! The motor is powerful, up to that point....!!
As mentioned in other reviews, it is for a maximum of two juices, which is a problem in a busy shop.....you will have to go and empty the bag, wash it to make the third juice, otherwise you will be trying to scrape the "pulp" with a knife to get a third juice!
If you happen to encounter early season oranges other than Valencia, which may have a lot of pulp, you will struggle to make a juice on the second try!!!
I think this alone is enough to consider the product inadequate!
2) Another problem, if the "ring" that holds the lid in place comes off, the space gets filled with juice from the oranges, which you will notice as soon as everything starts sticking around...
3) The "pin" has a fold that comes and locks onto the axis, if not everyone pays attention, which believe me, in the midst of a lot of work, there is no chance for the staff to pay attention to such things, this fold gets damaged, resulting in the pin being difficult to remove or at some point, it splits in two.
4) You may also encounter a problem with the sieve getting stuck on the walls, making it difficult to clean the juicer!
In conclusion, I give it 2 stars only for its durability over time and power, nothing else
The worst juicer, especially for professional use. Firstly, it does not have any protective cover, resulting in splattering everywhere, and after every second juice, you have to remove the parts and clean them because it gets clogged immediately. Also, the attachment that fits onto the juicer breaks very easily and then does not fit properly.
This year I finally bought a professional orange squeezer from JOHNY because I make juices for my children every day and it takes me a lot of time. I paid 270 euros for my convenience, so I wouldn't spend ten hours (I have strained my hands with tendonitis) and it needs to be washed after every juice. In case you don't do it, it has washed your tiles, the sink and everything within a meter radius, from top to bottom, because the fibers block the holes through which the juice escapes, resulting in the bin being filled instead of the glass, and with the tremendous power of the motor, everything comes to your face... SUCH A SHAME. I went for a haircut and came out completely shaved.
