Due to their small size, they may not "catch your eye", but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of construction and the sound performance, both in terms of volume and sound quality. The bass, depending on the size, is satisfactory and does not produce any distortion or muffled sound at maximum volume, nor any interference from mobile devices.
It is also important to note that they have a satisfactory cable length.
As for their reliability over time, only time will tell...

I received the speakers a few hours ago, their construction seems decent although made of plastic, they are aesthetically better than what I expected from seeing the pictures. The sound is disappointing, it is not suitable for ANY reason for movies or music, it is only for background, while you do something else. The product would be value for money if it had more volume. If you are looking for cheap speakers that barely produce any sound, either due to budget or haste (like in my case when I switched from a TV to a monitor and had no sound), that would be the only reason to prefer them or (see *).
What a pleasant surprise these speakers were ?? Incredible for their size, the best I've heard in such a size. Very clear sound. Fantastic for this price.
I chose the product because of the many positive reviews, its affordable price, and because everything else I have bought from Edifier has left me satisfied. I received them today and my opinion is even more positive than I expected. The build quality is very good and given their size, the sound is excellent.
The negative reviews I see probably aren't based on the product and its actual technical specifications, but rather on some abstract expectation of the buyer who likely doesn't understand what they have purchased.
In any case, the product does what it promises and more. It is not an expensive sound system so no one should expect powerful bass and very high volumes. They are small speakers for a computer, with a power of 4 watts and a price around 20 euros, without a subwoofer. Nevertheless, for this power and this money, the product is more than good. The speakers are loud for 4 watts, the sound quality is good, and they reach high volumes, significantly higher than what one would need from computer speakers. Additionally, the bass is quite audible, without being too loud as that obviously isn't possible due to size.
From there, if someone wants to listen to music very loudly with very strong bass, they can spend more money and get a more powerful set of speakers with a subwoofer. These speakers are obviously not for that purpose, and exactly for this reason, Edifier has other models that are stronger and more expensive.
Value for money simply might be worth it to get something with bluetooth connection so that the place is not filled with cables.
I have bought them for the bedroom TV (an F&U 24'') and for the office computer at work. Decent, clear, and powerful sound. For their cost, their build quality and performance are value for money
For €24.90 that I bought them, they are not worth their money. They have no bass at all, their volume is good but not for the money I paid. It's better to spend a little more money and go for something much better. They are only good in appearance.
The speakers are mediocre without a sense of bass. Reasonable considering their price. A positive aspect is that they do not require a power outlet connection. However, do not expect anything more than mediocrity in sound quality.
Those who have given a low rating, 1st, have no idea what speakers they bought, and 2nd, have no knowledge about sound. The speakers, at 50% volume from the computer and full 100% from any player or video, etc., are quite good in quality and performance (for their category and size). They are speakers for music, maybe movies, they are not speakers for watching the news or following sports, etc., because they have a patent to produce a bit of bass, so in some speeches, the mids get lost because they are hidden by the lows. You will understand this if you use them, because it is very obvious. In specific music genres, they outperform for the money and size! They produce bass that you wouldn't expect, and generally, the sound is by far the best I've ever heard from any small speakers of this kind in my 43 years.
I use them as bookshelves, on the shelf above my computer at home. They are about 20 centimeters away from the wall and about 55 centimeters apart from each other, with a slight tilt towards me, as I sit in the middle about 70 centimeters away from them.
I am so excited that I am already saving money to buy the Edifier S350DB, which is a 2.1 system with a subwoofer. I imagine the sound reaching professional levels like in a club or cinema.
They are exactly as described, small but heavy for their size speakers, whether for the computer or for travel or outings, wherever you want better sound than what laptops, tablets, mp3 players, etc. produce. Their packaging is designed so that you can transport them safely anywhere, so even in the packaging, I give them top marks, because they are not single-use, they have sturdy plastics inside!
Very honest speakers for 25€. They don't have bass, which is expected. The sound is clear at moderate volume, but it can distort a bit if it gets louder. Personally, I use them for movies, music, and podcasts, and I am satisfied. They are a good choice for low-budget speakers.
The speakers are very mediocre, with low sound power! They are nothing special! If you want them for very basic sound, then maybe... I bought them to use as basic ones for my computer, but they don't satisfy me and I use them as auxiliary along with the old ones I had.

For their price, they are very good. I have connected them to an external sound card for headphones and they sound quite loud. Without the card, the sound is mediocre in both volume and quality. As long as their price is low, they will definitely be worth it.

These speakers are perfect for this price and the fact that they play without a subwoofer is great, without distortion and quite powerful and clear for gaming, music, movies, and video calls... If someone wants crazy things, they have to put their hand in their pocket... I am not an expert when it comes to speakers, so I am writing this review as a regular user. I can say that using them daily for music, movies, and occasional gaming, they do their job just fine and are worth their money. If someone is looking for something better, then I believe they should increase their budget and buy something better.
These speakers are decent with very good quality for 20 euros!!... Whoever wants to listen to amazing deep bass and very loud sound, let them dig much deeper into their pockets!
I came from a Logitech set with bass and 2 speakers. Because it is difficult to move them and they were also old, I decided to get something portable and small that will also do the job.

I bought them to replace a rockbox cube that gave up the ghost. Placed on a desk along with a monitor-hard drive-router-wireless phone. Their size is perfect for a setup like mine.
As others have written, it's a decent purchase - if you expect to be blown away by the sound experience, you might need to go for three-digit price tags.
For €20, it reaches the label "super".

Personally, I have them to listen to internet radios, watch music videos, and occasionally watch Cosmotetv from my laptop. I can say that the sound is clear, although the bass doesn't excite me as much because it's not as full as I would like. The volume remains steady at 50% from my laptop or computer, and I simply adjust it from the speakers. Although I prefer to have them at 30-40% when I'm at my desk watching videos, and at 45-55% when I'm listening to the radio no matter where I am, even up to 5 meters away.
The only downside is that from 65% and beyond, they start to squeal and distort gradually.
Overall, they have met my needs and satisfied me!
I got them for a laptop that is connected to a large monitor and they are used to watch Netflix. They sound great, fit on the small desk without taking up space. You connect them and they work. They are quite powerful and do not distort the volume when we use them (enough to hear clearly from 4 meters away and not bother [much] the others in the adjacent rooms)

They are not the speakers that you will be thrilled to listen to music with, but they are very good and value for money purchase, with clear sound at low volumes and highly satisfactory sound for their intensity.

I wanted something cheap, small, and discreet for my desktop computer that I would use for telecom but also for listening to music.
The positives about them are the particularly long cable that allows them to be connected to the desktop even if it is not next to them (many speakers have a short cable) and the fact that they are small in size so they can fit right under the screen (see photo), which is what I wanted. Their sound is very good for their cost (if you want sound quality and don't mind having a bulky speaker, then obviously this is not what you are looking for).
In normal use, I have the computer volume at 20% and these at 40%. At very high volume, they distort, but that is not their intended use.
For their price, they are the best. I got them for teleconferences in my office and I have strong sound without any problems. They are nothing special, but they don't cost anything special either.

I was amazed at how these small, affordable speakers produce such powerful and clear sound! If you want 2 small, discreet, and economical speakers for your office, where you can listen to "Age of Love" in the background and enjoy it when you're alone, get them! They are definitely worth the money. For those who want bass and low frequencies, look elsewhere.

I give it four stars. It's all good, but their construction is a bit silly. If the table moves slightly, they fall down because they have a terrible center of gravity. They barely stand upright
Very good choice, they really exceeded my expectations. I use them in the office and they are ideal for soft music (they have a clear sound) and for seminars. Their price is very good. Just remember that if you connect them to the PC and plug in the USB, you also need to plug in the jack they have in the headphone port.
