Top-notch. One in the morning and one at night for a severe cold, by the second day all symptoms subsided. It also helped my father a lot with H1N1. We are all a family of educators, with children in schools... it has helped us all.
Unfortunately it did not help me. I suffer from sinusitis and end up taking antibiotics. As soon as I felt the cold coming on, I started the treatment (along with continuous rinses) hoping to overcome it quickly and mainly to not suffer from sinusitis again. Unfortunately, I did not see any difference at all. 2 stars because I respect that it may have helped some people, definitely not me.

Truth is a little miracle! I had tried other supplements/vitamins in the winter, but never noticed a difference. I have been using Iama for almost two years... honestly, I haven't been sick since then! I wouldn't believe it myself if I read it in the comments. I mainly use it during the difficult cold months when there are many infections going around (in combination with fruits and juices). I take 2 capsules together at noon after a meal, for a maximum of 10 days, and then I wait for 15-20 days to start again. It's a bit expensive, yes, but miraculous!
I give it 5 stars due to its price.....I consider it expensive compared to other products that do the same job

It greatly enhances the immune system, especially if the dosage followed is as follows. Beginning of November, every year, 2 boxes are exactly enough for 2 weeks with 2 ampoules, one in the morning and one in the evening after a meal, for 14 days. The best immune booster. I took it regularly during the winter and I didn't get sick once.

The dosage in severe cases is 4-6, not 2 every two. The essential oils are powerful, but the dosage is wrong because they don't allow them to give therapeutic doses. Stay away if you have hyperthyroidism, up to 2 weeks max unless you have a serious problem. Cretan oil is powerful in appropriate doses for many viruses. It will never be tested against coronavirus. Argyros Koloidis (effectively treated Ebola) and red propolis are very powerful antiviral and anti-inflammatory that treats ARDS in 5 doses (safe and 10x S.H.D). And all of these work very well against bacterial pneumonia and others

One per day systematically on a daily basis and two at the early symptoms of a cold or when I am close to a person with a cold. If you don't take it at the first symptoms, it doesn't help.

After many boxes of capsules, I didn't see any difference. It didn't boost my immune system and I kept getting sick constantly. Also, when I was sick and took them, I didn't feel any better. It depends on each individual's body how it affects them.

I tried it for about 2 months daily, now to tell the truth, I got slightly sick as soon as I stopped it! Very good product, maybe a small disadvantage, the difficulty in digestion. The herbs are very strong.
