    The only job it does is to force you to take it with a large glass of water, go to the bathroom, and think that it solved the problem of retention! Obviously we do not expect miracles, but I did not see any difference at all, with a period of use of over 2 weeks.

    It doesn't work miracles, after all fluid retention is not an easy matter. I bought it to help me with the swelling from cortisone. The truth is that as long as I take it, I wake up at night to go to the bathroom, which I suppose means it's doing its job. The swelling hasn't gone away, but it seems to be receding (very gradually) and especially on my face, which I have a lot of, my skin is much softer, unlike before when it was so swollen, hard as ice. I would buy it again.
