    I am not allowed to take iron and I have hypothyroidism, so I should not take iodine either. It is difficult to find a product in the entire Greek market that does not have these two ingredients. Remove these two ingredients for people like me! Whoever needs iron can take it separately! I bought it and take it every two days so as not to waste it. I will not buy it again for this reason... I cannot swallow the huge tablets either.
