Very good product, you will see a difference in your mood in about two weeks. Obviously, no one will become Superman, but on some dull days when you probably don't want to exist, it helps you want to. Besides that, I have been taking it for about 2 months and it has helped me with allergy flare-ups due to dust and also with preventing infections.
