I have been using silicone earplugs for many years... I consider them to be the best in terms of sound insulation, comfort, and material quality

I have tried many silicone earplugs and these are my favorites!

They are made for water protection, so if you place them correctly, you can use them in the pool and in the shower! I mainly use them for sleep because I wake up easily, and they have saved me!

It took me a while to learn how to use them correctly, so I'm sharing with you what I understood, hoping to help you:

After opening the package, I take one in my hands and warm it up by pressing it from all sides.
Then I put it in my ear so that the circle is visible from the outside (the round side, that is).
The trick is to gently push it from below, guiding my finger from the cheek towards the ear, essentially trying to wedge it inside.
I make very soft movements 3-4 times until I feel that my ear is hermetically sealed. I do the same with the other one.
When I no longer need them, I pull them from the top, from the side where the hair is, because that's where it sticks out after wedging it from below, and I put them in the box they come with to keep them from getting dusty and to avoid losing them.

The best part of it all is that I use them for months because I wash them very often with cold water (dust doesn't come off with hot water and they become ruined), and I remove the dust from the top, so they are always clean and I save money too ;)

They don't stay in the ear at all, they don't "stick" in the ear to create the feeling of a plug. Terrible.

Terrible!! They are not convenient. You can barely hear properly. They only cover surface voices. It's a shame for the 3.5 euros.
