Before I bought it, I had a simple one for 25 euros from a supermarket.. It was faster, with the same capacity and smaller in size.. As for the coffee, because I haven't changed flavors or brands, it makes exactly the same coffee as the cheap coffee maker...
Stopped working after 2 days.
Changed it at the store where I bought it.
1 month after the change, it stopped working again.
Failure...
Stay away...
For the money, everything is fine. But the jug is glass and it broke over time. It requires a lot of attention, so either get one that doesn't have a glass jug.
A little caution when using the jug when we put coffee, otherwise I find it excellent.
I am very satisfied with this coffee maker.

For its price, it is a good choice. It makes coffee in a satisfactory amount of time and the duration to keep it warm is just right. If it lasts over 2 years without any issues, as other reviews say, I consider it a very good choice.
It makes a nice aromatic coffee and keeps it for many hours. It is fast and has a very good quality/price ratio.
Beautiful from afar, its plastic is not particularly high quality, it looks thin. Already from my first uses, a corner broke (which does not affect the flow) from the removable filter, the pitcher has a special mechanism that I have not yet understood. It makes aromatic and good coffee, of course it also depends on the brand!
I have it for many years, in black color, and it makes good coffee while preserving its aroma. Its construction may be plastic without many frills, but when you buy Krups, it shows in the coffee you will drink.
I have it for almost 6 months, every day a jug full of it, it doesn't understand anything, I recommend it without hesitation.
It makes excellent coffee! I have had it for 1.5 years and it hasn't had any issues. It is definitely worth the money and more.
We were very happy with our choice. It has a perfect minimal design and takes up little space! It fills half a jug in 5-7 minutes (if it is properly cleaned from salts) and makes a great coffee. But before it reached 2 years from the purchase, it suddenly stopped working! The heating element broke! In its defense, we used it twice a day and kept turning it on and off to keep the coffee warm... as it shuts off after 40 minutes. If it lasted another 2 years, we would buy it again :/
For its price, it is a decent choice (although when I bought it, it cost 40-50 euros). However, after 1.5 years, using it 1-2 times a day, it suddenly stopped working one morning. While the warranty covers the period, the company does not take responsibility for repair/replacement because an invoice was issued at the time of purchase. Something I was not informed about, of course, by anyone. CAUTION to anyone who wants to buy it with an invoice to take into consideration that the warranty will not cover them
If it didn't have the name Krups, I wouldn't give it the approximately 40€. It has a soft touch button for on/off, but the carafe has issues. Thin glass. The stop doesn't work properly when you put it in its place and it leaks. When you pour coffee into the cup, you need to be careful because it spills.
Very fast and very good aromatic coffee!!! It's worth its money.
What I didn't like:
1. If you want to make a large cup of coffee, you can't see where to stop adding water because the device's indicator starts from 4 (which means 2 cups).
2. The drop stop doesn't work.
3. You don't get hot coffee, but lukewarm coffee if you rush and take the first cup while the pot is still on the base.
4. The pot gets foggy due to the lid.
5. The coffee spills if you don't pay attention to how you tilt the pot towards the cup. Probably again because of the lid it has.
6. A Krups from '85 that I had produced a better aroma.
Other than that, everything is fine.

I take back the "durable". The resistance broke....
It was purchased in April '18. We used it daily, morning-afternoon, and it stayed on for several hours to keep the coffee hot.
Also, when the pot has more than 6 cups, the coffee spills when you try to fill a cup.
The taste of the coffee is also influenced by the quality of water. The same coffee maker was used in Athens with a very good taste and in a country house with a mediocre to indifferent taste.
Great coffee maker, makes very nice coffee. Fast and easy to clean. It is mostly made of plastic, except for the carafe, but for its price, I consider it excellent. I have had it for almost two months and I have not regretted it.
For the money you will spend, you will get the best. I was satisfied both with the preparation and the result of the coffee. If you are still not satisfied, first check the variety of coffee you will use and then switch to the three-digit devices.
This device is very good for home use.
The name played a role in its purchase and ultimately it was worth it.
I have had it for many years and it makes good coffee while maintaining its aroma.
