It lasted for 3 years, then it broke down and made us miserable!
For three years, I couldn't watch TV while my wife was doing the dishes. Too much noise! I paid 155 € for it, while you could find it on the internet for 80€ in one year. Stay away.

Terrible construction, makes a lot of noise, and the most important thing is that after some years the part that turns left and right, meaning half of the faucet, flew off due to pressure and the kitchen became a mess. I pushed it back in, but it keeps popping out with the slightest touch. I will contact them to see if they will replace it and I will come back with an evaluation of their customer service.

I installed it 3 years ago. Long before a year passed, the whole part that turns (I don't know what it's called but I mean the neck...) started to come off. As soon as I turned on the faucet, water would spray everywhere!!! I had to lower the water pressure a lot because I couldn't use it otherwise! I also put a material at the bottom where it attaches to the battery to increase the thickness, the diameter (I think it's called Teflon, I'm not sure) to see if it would stop leaking... Even now, when I use it with very low pressure, it stays stable when the faucet is open because if I try to turn it right or left, it still comes off! It's a shame because I thought Pyramis was a good brand... I should mention that I didn't use the warranty because the faucet was installed during renovations and I couldn't find the receipt, so I have no opinion on the customer service... Maybe they had replaced it, I don't know about that... Anyway, I definitely do not recommend it under any circumstances!!!

After use, the top part now comes off and water splashes everywhere.....

Very fake construction

Very nice battery in terms of design, quality is good so far!! What I didn't expect is that it is noisy!! So when you open it, it makes a lot of noise!!! Could someone from the company explain to us how this is possible??!! I expected everything except for this!

The first one I bought was replaced because it had many flaws. The top part was slanted, the O-ring was larger in diameter, and the faucet didn't fit in the sink. I got the second one and happily went to install it, but when I put the bolt and bent down to place the wheel-shaped part with the rubber to tighten the faucet, it didn't fit well into the pipes. I didn't force it and didn't cut any pipes, so I removed it. I took a file, shaped it, and was able to install it after an hour. Considering that I installed the first one in 10 minutes, I believe you can understand the reliability of the company. Oh, and the worst part I didn't mention is that it's a daily-use faucet because if you make the mistake of using it at night, it makes a lot of noise when opening for a little water, waking up the dead.?? I also read the other reviews, and I agree with this technological wonder that belongs in a museum of modern technological design. Continued in the next

Beautiful, easy to clean, and has good water flow. The switch is very practical and you can open and close it without touching it with dirty hands. It is convenient to open the faucet with your wrist, so you always keep the handle of the faucet clean. (What's the point of opening the faucet with dirty hands and closing it with clean ones, touching something you just dirtied before?) I consider faucets like this to be self-evident.
