covers up to 35 db soundproofing. satisfactory job in reducing noise for sleep. especially if you have neighbors above with parquet... needs proper placement in the ear and everything is fine!! I saw comments from those who complain that it falls out of the ear and bothers them. I would suggest the hansaplast earplugs which are softer for sleeping but cover 33db of noise. equally good as well... I used the hansaplast earplugs for about 6 months which covered me well. I have been using these here for 2 months and they cover me super well!!

I got them for the army and they are the best I have tried, very soft, so your ear doesn't hurt no matter what happens, and with proper placement, they provide the best possible sound insulation. You have to understand that they can't cancel out all possible noises 100% because then you start hearing them due to their sound waves, so even earplugs are not enough. Overall, I am very satisfied and the case is of good quality. With daily use, I throw away 2 of them every 10-15 days. I don't know if they can be washed, but I assume they can't, so I get new ones once every two months

I have a tragic neighbor who lives above me. Although these earplugs theoretically absorb more noise than the equivalent soft ones from Ohropax, personally they did not leave me satisfied. I don't know if it's because they are harder, so they don't fit properly in the ears. The bottom line is that in my ear, the absorbency is about half of the classic soft (pink) earplugs from the same company.

I was using the same brand for so many years, in the simplest version, the pink ones (very soft, they didn't do anything). These ones make more noise and different noise, like low noise from the chairs below, closing closets. Better than the classic ohropax. They cut off a lot more noise. If they didn't have those awful colors, they would be even better.
