Very good mask. It is the third one I buy. I change it every two years. It is one size, fits very well, adjusts very easily. I am very satisfied.
Since it was confirmed (2018) in a sleep clinic that I suffer from sleep apnea, I have tried several masks but this particular one suited me much better than the others, both in terms of fit and in terms of my wallet! For the past three years, I have been buying it again and again (it is more cost-effective to get a new one rather than buying, for example, the silicone replacement for the nose, which costs almost as much as a new one).
Very good, very lightweight and convenient, relatively quiet compared to others, very economical, well, what else can you ask for? :-))
They were asking us crazy amounts at the pharmacies, luckily there is also Skroutz, a worthy and honest product that does its job well. Phew, I saved a lot of money
I chose it because it was available immediately and I was in a hurry. I didn't need it for sleep apnea, but to protect myself as much as possible (because I am very sensitive) from particles and odors from dental work in my mouth. With a little effort, I applied it correctly, so I give it 4 stars even though I didn't wear it for a long time to judge if it would bother me.
The issue is that I didn't breathe as well, but luckily the front circular ring rotates and I removed this plastic extension like a tube that is in front. I also secured a piece of regular mask with the help of the ring so that I don't inhale particles.
However, it turned out to be excessive overkill since I bought a simple mask that they sell in pharmacies, I cut a piece in the bottom part that corresponds to the mouth and wore that, and everything was fine.
Luckily, the dentist was familiar and wouldn't immediately call a psychiatrist if he saw it... and even better, he didn't need to see it (smile).
I have done a sleep study and I had tried a device with a mask that covered the mouth as well. Instinctively (without knowing why), I would wake up at night and remove it, so I abandoned it.
It helps me to sleep on my side. Maybe if I need to use a device again, I will try this nasal mask that I already have.
I don't know if the bipap devices, as they are called, which only provide air when needed, would be more tolerable for me.
I apologize if I bored you. I don't know if you benefited, but I hope at least you smiled...
I was not satisfied.
1. Even though I have adjusted the straps, it has caused a sore on my nose and even when I loosened it, the same thing happened again.
2. After 7 hours of sleep, the straps that touch my cheek leave marks and I look as if I have been whipped. So, I do not recommend it.
