I have used it on my ankle and wrist, areas that generally sweat and usually come off. It supported well and lasted for 30 minutes of intense wrist usage and one hour of intense ankle usage. Clearly, it needs a lot of tape for each use, so I bought 4 directly to have them available. (Wrist usage: mainly vertical movements, bridges, etc. Ankle usage: landing from jumps, classic dance, etc. I did NOT try them in a sport like boxing)
