I bought them for a trial since I used a similar patch from Eva for the first time, as I wanted to compare which one is better. I can say that this one is much superior. It reaches temperature within 5-10 minutes, which it literally maintains all day. You put it on in the morning, and by evening it still burns and comfortably lasts all night. It saves you from cramps and painkillers. If you are between these two brands, prefer Algotreat, they last many more hours and the price is roughly the same.

The heat keeps you warm all day, however, the sticker doesn't come off, resulting in it not sticking to the underwear.. for me, as someone who works in an office, it's okay, but if you move around and want to wear it, it's not feasible

It's perfect! I use it for my neck. On days when I hurt a lot, I stick it high inside my shirt and I become human again... The regular patches didn't help, they irritated my skin and burned too much. The heat from this one lasts for many hours, definitely a whole day.

I think it's the best in its category. It saves the day every month. Especially at work where you can't be relaxed with the heating pad like at home. If you have a job with movement, double underwear so it doesn't fall down because it is worn outside of the underwear, not from inside, and it needs another piece of underwear to hold it because it has weight. However, nothing shows even with a skirt.

Excellent favorite product! A friend brought it to me randomly a while ago for period pains, but since it generates heat, I thought it could be useful elsewhere. It has helped me tremendously not only with my period but also with various other pains that bother me from time to time. For example, for lower back pain (like I have these days) and cramps, it keeps the area warm and relieves it for many hours. It has also helped me with muscle pain in my back. It lasts for many hours, I think it says up to 24 hours, and the last one I wore (while I'm commenting) kept me warm in the waist area for 38 consecutive hours and still continues. I'm shocked. Truly miraculous, I keep buying it again and again, and everyone I have recommended it to has been equally thrilled. I call it a little stove because it keeps the warmth in the corresponding area like a small portable heater! Attention, the packaging even says it, we don't stick it to our skin but to our clothes!

Where were these patches in my teenage years?! Excellent, they keep the stomach warm, they don't come off from underwear, they greatly help with the overall discomfort you feel on the first day. It stays warm as described for over 12 hours. However, it does not provide any relief from period pain. I used it in combination with the pills I take every time and I did not see any extra relief.

It seems that the quality has somewhat declined compared to two years ago when I started using it. It doesn't hold up for the hours it promises to keep the area warm and it doesn't heat up as much as it used to. I will use it again until I find something better.

WHATEVER BEST HAS EXISTED! I suffer from pain during the first days of my period and I have tried various pills. After using it, I concluded that a patch, with a Nurofen pill, is the best combination! It retains its warmth for as many hours as it claims without exaggeration and it helps a lot with the discomfort of that specific area. I recommend it without a second thought, I have been using it for a year and a half now!

The product is very good! It does what it says. It heats up as soon as you take it out of the bag and it comes into contact with oxygen, and it lasts up to 15 hours for sure. It is also discreet. I didn't expect it to work because I have difficult pains, but I replaced the painkillers and stopped having to put chemicals in my body every month. I recommend it!
