For snoring, it did absolutely nothing. To confirm it, download the sleep cycle app on your phone, which records if you snore. If you want it to keep your nose open, it does something.
For anyone who has a deviated septum and struggles to breathe while sleeping on their side, this will help them a lot.
It facilitates breathing and the day, my daughter who has a stuffy nose uses it so she doesn't have to use medication.

It does a pretty good job that I didn't expect. But unfortunately, I have sensitive skin and it caused intense itching. After 3 days, I also developed redness, so I stopped using it. However, I believe it happened to me because of my skin.
To limit snoring and improve breathing somewhat, they are helpful. Always speaking about simple cases and not serious cases that require other methods of treatment.

I noticed HUGE difference in my sleep, mainly in how long it takes me to fall asleep. As soon as I put on the adhesive strip, it's like I have a different nose.
The only negative thing I can find maybe is that in order for it to stick well, you have to have clean and oil-free skin (meaning any moisturizer etc. has dried).

I can't say it does the job, it reduces snoring to some extent but not completely, there are times when the snoring goes like a tractor uphill even though it is properly stuck in the nose!!!
