At first, when I received it, I was disappointed because I had another ice pack that I used directly without a case and I thought this one wouldn't do the job. But in the end, it's great... it has a fabric case with two rubber bands that you can attach the ice pack to any point and freeze it as needed... it does a good job! If you press the super cooling button half an hour before putting it in the freezer... then it will freeze your blood! I am very satisfied with its price and functionality!
Although quite large in size, it does not have a lot of gel inside, resulting in it quickly warming up when used frozen.
After 1 month of use, unfortunately, it punctured and is useless.
It is quality, it simply has defrosted in 10 minutes. Compared to the other very well-known brand, it really has no comparison.
Very small although quite quality, its price is a bit expensive for an ice pack that is the size of a cigarette pack and defrosts in less than 10'.
It doesn't reach very low temperatures (it doesn't freeze as it should). The Velcro strip is small and of average quality, resulting in it constantly coming off if you move!
After some time, it starts leaving gel everywhere because it melts or something happens to the coverage, and your hands get sticky when you touch it. I have bought it 3 different times, and all 3 times, after a while, it started to stick
The cold use of it does a good job, I haven't tried the warm one. It was placed in the freezer and froze relatively quickly. The good thing is that it doesn't "harden" but becomes a cold gel. Good choice for use in injuries. Ideal size for easy use. It doesn't thaw quickly, so you have a long performance/use time, and most importantly, it fills you with water like ice.
Does the product have an expiration date of 10/2027?
From the first 4 applications, it appears to be durable and freezes without solidifying, so it applies perfectly to the knee.
The case helps prevent it from sticking to the skin, and the elastic straps secure the dressing quite well.
I haven't tried it warm, but when needed, definitely not in the microwave, only in hot water.
Let me clarify that I only use it for cold therapy. I have had it for over 2 years, so it has a durable construction, but it only retains its temperature for 15 minutes compared to other products in this category.
It seems to be of good quality construction, but I have not been able to tie it well. The strap should have had more velcro

My experience says not to buy this product. It is a gel that does not freeze and only lasts for 10 minutes, then it needs to be put back in the fridge. I found the solution in the ice cube bags we make. With 1 euro, you can do the job.
