I bought it for use at the gym. Unfortunately, it caused a rash on my inner forearm and I was forced to turn to another product.
Just what you need for epicondylitis. It tightens the hand quite a bit if needed and does an amazing job, especially in padel.
It cuts your hand when you bend it and it's not suitable for the gym because it restricts movement

I'm not sure if it relieves pain. I would try something different. (I don't lift weights, more injuries from tennis and long-term use of a mouse).
I would prefer the compression pillow to adjust to the underlying lumbar area, for example, to be a silicone pillow instead of being fixed material and position. It holds well and compresses effectively, but not in the way I would like. So, I bought a second one with the above characteristics, and indeed it was more effective
Very good and high-quality elbow brace for tendonitis. The adhesive is very strong, it is difficult to remove, and overall the construction quality is very good compared to others I have tried. The only issue for me is that it fits me very tightly, as my hands are quite large (I have been doing bodybuilding for almost 8 years), but for the average person, it will be fine. I hope they release it in a larger size someday as I have been suffering from inner epicondylitis for years and now I don't train without elbow braces.
I have it only for one day so I don't have a complete opinion but at least for the few hours that I wore it, I have to say the following:
Compared to another similar product that I have, it seems to do a better job, it is made of quality material, the gel is exactly where it should be, and most importantly, the scratch is so strong that it is difficult to unfasten it. (I wanted this because the scratch of the other one I have broke in a week and it no longer holds). For the price I bought it, it is definitely worth it. Let's hope it will last and not break quickly.
