Especially for the price, Arctic couldn't have made something better. I bought 2, one for a server and the other for a computer, and truly, when you set it at 720-750 RPM, it is SILENT. At 800, you can hear very faint traces of its existence, but that's it. If you want a fan with good airflow, cheap and without any lighting, it's the best on the market!

For such a cheap fan, it performs well and is not audible. Excessively so, at least, because in general this specific series acts like an airplane turbine, so the silent ones are quite useful without a significant difference in performance and cost.

If you don't have tremendous cooling needs and you mainly care about noise, get it, it's free.
For most modern PCs, I would recommend an even better option: Get the Arctic PWM and to make it silent, reduce the speed from the UEFI from 1350 to 1000-1100 or even better, make it responsive according to the temperatures you will have at any given moment, so you have minimal noise most of the time but when the system heats up, it increases the speed for better cooling.
For PCs that don't heat up much or are in an environment that requires as little noise as possible, this one here is very good.

I didn't expect much from a 3-pin "silent" fan, but now I can barely hear my computer, even under full load. Very good fan.

Very good especially for its price, it is a one-way street. The only 'negative' is that it is not PWM, but there is a similar version available

If you want a silent fan without having to deal with the bios to reduce its speed, this might be the most value solution.
