Iron enhances normal cognitive function, as it is involved in the synthesis of neurotransmitters in the brain.

Simultaneously with vitamin C, which increases its absorption, they play a significant role in the normal functioning of the metabolism aimed at energy production, resulting in the reduction of fatigue and tiredness of the body. At the same time, they contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, strengthening the body's defense.

Additionally, vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen for the normal functioning of the skin, blood vessels, bones, cartilage, teeth, and gums.

Replenishes the body's daily needs for iron by 100% of the recommended daily dose, while the addition of vitamin C helps in the better assimilation of iron by the body.

Supplemental iron intake is beneficial as a preventive measure in cases of body deficiency (anemia due to iron deficiency). Young girls and women of reproductive age who are vegetarians or eat small amounts of meat and poultry may need to boost their iron intake due to monthly menstruation.

    With the iron-containing packages, we had trouble because most of them either don't do what they're supposed to (they don't increase iron levels) or have a series of side effects (e.g. iron ampoules upset the stomach). This is the only product that does both, meaning it immediately increases iron levels and has no side effects. I also consider it a positive that it costs very little compared to other products (e.g. it costs only 1/8 of the price of equivalent ampoules)!

    I was drinking it 3-4 times a day during the summer and I couldn't get enough.
    It only causes constipation but it doesn't bother me.
