It does a better job than others of triple the quantity. Probably due to the sublingual form. And economical.

Personally, they have helped me more than anything I have tried. More immediate absorption because they are sublingual and without any nightmare. Value for money for sure. Also, try anything that comes in a spray, again sublingual..

I bought it from the pharmacy, they told me to take one in the evening it didnt do anything the next days i took 2 and then even 3 and nothing helped me. It doesnt make me fall asleep and it also doesnt make me sleep throught the night. When i took them i thought at first i was sick because i felt like vomiting. As soon as i stopped taking them i was fine, and i NEVER had any problems with melatonin because i tried many.

Better than any melatonin I've tried. Just make sure not to take too many — 2 or 3 is more than enough for me.

It does what it says. One tablet under the tongue before sleep and it brings drowsiness in the next approximately 30 minutes under normal conditions (not high intensity or coffee consumption). They didn't work for me, at least with one or two tablets. From three and above, they do deliver what they promise and have no side effects. So, at this price, you should consider them for 1-1.5 months of use, not for 3 months, which is just OK. You don't wake up at night with anything, as long as you take 3-4 tablets and not just one. For serious cases of insomnia, at least two pills are needed. With just one, nothing happens. However, it does provide good, quality sleep without nightmares and waking up in the middle of the night, as I have heard people complain about with other melatonin products.

I generally do not use melatonin, but I needed it for a long flight and to recover from jet lag. Having experience with a product from abroad that had helped me for the same duration of flight, I tried this specific one from Lanes.

The drowsiness came, but the duration of sleep was not long. With 2 tablets, I managed to get 6 hours of sleep, but it was not deep and continuous, so I don't know how much the supplement helped and how much was due to the discomfort and normal fatigue. Upon arrival, I continued with 1 tablet per night for adjustment, and the result was moderate to satisfactory (4-5 hours of sleep). On the return flight, I tried 2 tablets again, with a similar result to the first flight.

In the end, it seems that 1mg of melatonin per tablet is insufficient for the purpose I need it for, so I will probably prefer something stronger in the next similar case.

It takes effect after about half an hour. At first, I was not satisfied at all because it helped with sleep and not waking up in between, but I would wake up after about 5 hours of sleep. Now I don't have this problem anymore, it just doesn't always work and sometimes I need to take 2. It is important, of course, to take it only when you need to sleep early/wake up early and not every night, so that your body doesn't get used to it. The taste is very nice.

As a product, it is excellent when I first got it, I slept like a baby. However, after months of daily use, the results decreased significantly.
