After the first 5 uses, my conclusions are:
1. The instructions are very clear for the initial and critical piercing of the top part. After piercing it, don't forget to open the hole a bit more with a toothpick.
2. Don't be disappointed if you have a small water leakage during the first or second use. Wait until the silicone takes the shape of your coffee maker.
3. After the third use, personally, I am not afraid of it at all, nor the possibility of causing damage to my coffee maker.
4. The only negative thing is that unfortunately, I haven't been able to achieve any foam so far. I have only used Lavazza Oro, but I haven't succeeded.
5. What is certain is that we are talking about huge savings in coffee purchases.

It does a pretty good job and is quite economical. It requires a lot of attention when drilling for the first time, as well as every time you make coffee. It is not super user-friendly.

I have used three so far. I prefer the lavazza oro and the result is quite good, as long as the correct procedure is followed. (We let a little water run before putting the capsule, we put the right amount of coffee and press it as needed. Then we rinse the capsule immediately only with water) If we let it cool on the machine with the lever down, it will get stuck. If we leave the coffee inside, it will get dirty. If the coffee is left open, it will not have any taste or cream... Be careful not to lose any parts and not to misalign the filters

b: Find a smooth level object the size of the capsule nozzle, use it as a tamper and press lightly.
c: Be careful with the spike of the capsule, let it fall into the slot at the bottom of the holder!
Be careful when pressing the coffee in the capsule, the surface of the coffee should be flat, if it leans, then the water goes towards the lower side, resulting in water filling up!
As for the foam, it comes out perfect!
I take the extra from coffee island 70:30, just be a little careful and you will get a perfect coffee!

I recently bought it, and because I am a coffee lover and had read all the reviews, I started experimenting. I got Lavazza rossa, and I came to the following conclusions: It requires great attention until the hole is made. However, even afterwards, it does indeed resist the needle, without me being able to evaluate the consequences yet. You have to be careful with the closing, otherwise it will leak. The quality of the coffee it makes is fine, but unfortunately, the crema is lacking. The maximum amount of crema comes out if we pour the coffee little by little and gradually press it well (I used a flat syrup dispenser). Then we loosely put the plastic filter. The cleaning is very simple, just a few seconds under running water, as long as it is done IMMEDIATELY after use. Otherwise, it is truly annoying and time-consuming... By applying all these, I think you will be very satisfied, but it is a fact that the genuine capsule is better...

Quite bad to make coffee that requires two doses of espresso (e.g. Fredo espresso), very time-consuming and a great hassle to clean. It's simply a gimmick that no one knows if it will eventually cause damage to the machine. I do not recommend it.

I bought the product 1.5 years ago and the machine managed to break because the silicone hardened and I couldn't remove the coffee capsule. Very mediocre result from the coffee. No more patents, I won't buy again

Although skeptical at first, I can say that I am fully satisfied. I highly recommend it. I use it with fresh coffee, 70% Arabica & 30% robusta from Coffee Island, 100g cost €2.40. I made about 35 cups of coffee with 100g. Consider the savings..

I received it yesterday, you can make coffee with any blend you want and above all, it's economical! Simply "perfect"!

My best purchase for this year! The capsule is easily washable, it is extremely simple to use and after 6 months of making coffee daily, it hasn't had any issues. Ecological and very economical solution!

I have it now for 5 days and it is very good!! I have bought illy ground coffee from the supermarket and it is very nice.
The only negative thing is that it takes a lot of time to make a coffee because it requires grinding, etc.

The coffee is unacceptable. Cream does not come out at all or very little, and the taste of the coffee is distorted. The cleaning process of the capsule is annoying.

I don't know about other reviews or if the capsule I bought happened to be defective (which I don't think is the case)......but it leaks and water runs everywhere and it doesn't filter the coffee well!!!! I simply gave up on it......

Awesome! The Dolce capsules are a bit pricey, but with the refillable capsule, the cost comes down to 6-7 cents per cup of coffee!
