It was purchased to treat canker sores.
Canker sores have been an unclear disease for doctors and science until today. From my own experience with this devil, I conclude that it is an autoimmune disease that needs to run its course to heal, just like a cold, with the big difference that in a cold, with appropriate treatment or home remedies, you can reduce the days of illness, while in the case of canker sores, you cannot.
Personally, this product did not help me at all, just like pyralvex, salt, honey, propolis, and baking soda.
I gave it two stars because initially, it created a membrane that caused less pain during eating, but that's all.
I hope that in the future, something will be found to make it less painful or shorter.

I don't know about the other indications it has, but in my case, where they gave it to me for canker sores (and the pharmacist gave it to me wrongly), it didn't do anything at all, not even as protection to prevent stinging. Intermed has another product that is indicated for canker sores. So if canker sores are the reason for purchase, try something else.
