I have had the speakers for about 2 months, they have had no problems so far, they sound nice, the bass is good, it doesn't distort the sound, and also they are loud in the room, they rattle if I have them at maximum, clear sound, it's worth buying them
At some point, the potentiometer burned out and there was no replacement, so I had to buy the whole thing again. At least I added two more speakers. But the woofer only has one output.. And the line in (from the newly purchased one) I have to wiggle the cable a bit for it to work. I give it 4 stars because it has very decent sound
The woofer broke and makes noises within a year and with rare use (only in the summer for 1.5 months and not every day and at Christmas). And no, I never had the bass all the way up nor the speakers generally loud all the time. Unacceptable.
From the first day, it made noise when I turned up the volume from the knob. Now, after 2 years, it has started to turn off by itself completely every 2 hours regardless of whether sound is playing at that moment. For 2024, it is outdated, and with this money, there are countless better options available, unless you find it at half price or for free.
Excellent! As always, Logitech worked its magic...
UNBEATABLE bass, very good, clear, and powerful sound. I come from ancient speakers, but a friend of mine had some Logitech speakers (with a subwoofer), and even though they were old (2013, I think), I remember being blown away...
What else can I say..?!
Very nice aesthetically, and the best part is you can control everything from that round thing in the photo if you see it. Bass, sound, on/off all from there. It should be noted that this specific one is integrated into the subwoofer, meaning it's not detachable, so to speak.
I have had them for almost 2 years... Very satisfied and the sound, guys, is honest even to this day. To have fun with friends or even alone, the sound is more than enough, but that's it. The bass for movies and some games is even more honest. When I want to reach the maximum volume, you can imagine I sometimes close the balcony doors of the house. I was reading comments that suddenly one speaker stops playing. A tip as an owner: leave the speakers somewhere according to your preference and decoration without moving them left and right, especially the cables, and there will be absolutely no problem. The only negative, guys, is that the volume knob, when you turn it up or down, makes some interference, but that's it, nothing tragic. It might be due to the dust that they easily collect.
The best vfm speakers that exist at this moment still!
At €120 they are perfect, powerful deep bass that shakes the room. Even when the sound is very loud, it remains unchanged. Just what you need for gamers, for movies, and relaxation or thumping music!
The sound controller is also very useful and in the 5 months I've had it, it hasn't suffered any damage!
I bought them here about 10 months ago. I mainly use them for Spotify, YouTube, and movies. I am satisfied (at least for now). Very good bass. The left speaker wakes up when the volume is high. They are elegant in appearance.
Guys, great value for money. I'm writing after many years of owning them, I can't even remember when I bought them, I think it was in 2018, and they broke this year, not even completely, only one of them burned out and only one can be heard after countless hours of use because I always had them playing at high volumes while I was at home. I didn't expect them to last so long at all. Good sound quality for their price, especially appreciated by a metal fan like myself. Always good quality for their price. I ordered the same ones again.
Very nice speakers, I have had them for several months and the quality is good and the sound is loud and clear. The bass is also very good. I have them connected to a sound card, which also helps.
On the negative side, something I didn't know before buying them, is that after 2 hours they go into sleep mode while you may be watching a series/movie/video, which is annoying because you have to get up and open/close them to "wake them up" again. So far, I haven't found a solution for this and I have tried various methods I found on the Internet. If I had known this before buying them, I might have chosen different speakers.
I have had the speakers since 2018.
They are the definition of value for money.
The sound is exceptional, just like the first day.
I couldn't have made a better purchase.
Even if they were still priced at 300€, I would still buy them, and definitely not wireless.
An incredible purchase.
As soon as it turned 2 years old and the warranty expired, they broke. One speaker is somewhat weaker, to the point that I had to adjust the volume from my PC to half in order to balance them afterwards. The small speakers without the bass sound very mediocre. It can generally be improved.
I won't bore you with acoustic analyses, it doesn't make sense at this price range. Yes, don't expect to buy sound from top manufacturers and audio devices. I was looking for a small set for my office but to sound good. After searching in a few big chains and listening to cheap speakers, I singled out these. At 80 euros, they are simply decent.
From the beginning, there was the hiss noise that others mentioned, and one speaker played lower than the other. In the fourth year, the rotating control broke, and I fixed it myself. In the fifth year, now when I increase the volume, the sound cuts off completely. I don't know what could be causing it, and I don't have the time or inclination to deal with it anymore. I consider it a failed purchase and recommend looking at another brand, such as Creative or a more expensive series.
Clearly better sound than the Z333. I tested them side by side. Of course, I had pushed the Z333 to the maximum volume for several hours in total, I don't know if this causes long-term damage to the speaker and a decrease in sound quality. However, I really like the new ones much better. And for such a small price difference that they now have, I consider the Z533 to be a better choice.
I have had the speaker for about 2 and a half years and it hasn't experienced anything at all, it has a clear sound, good bass, okay its price is high but I believe it's worth its money
I also got the Logitech speakers. Yes, they are perfect for trap, rnb, trance, etc. Incredible bass and power. They are really loud speakers.
However, that's about it. For rock, jazz, folk, etc., they are just plastic boxes. If you like to listen to "warm" and clean music with all frequencies, don't get them (like I did).
Also, I confirm the issue with static noise when they are on without playing music. In my case (like others I read about), the problem is with the included aux cable. I used another one I had and there was no issue.
Luckily, it was an online purchase and I returned them for a refund. I got the Edifier M601DB 2.1 and my ears are happy now. (I also got the 1700BT 2.0, which had good sound and were affordable, but I missed the extra bass)
Quite a good speaker, the bass is amazing even when I don't use it at full volume and the sound is quite powerful. I don't think there is a better option for this price. I recommend it
I had computer speakers, my friends had computer speakers, BUT! like this beast never. When I got it, I did the classic volume test to see how loud I could play music, to see if it distorts and if it has bass. I put everything on full. I'll tell you one thing, I couldn't sit in the room (30 sqm) without covering my ears with pressure, the whole house (4 floors) was shaking and my mom, who was in the neighbor's house 3 houses below (~50m), called me to close it and I live in the suburbs where houses have distances between them and gardens. I hope you understand...
I bought them for 100 euros 2 years ago. They haven't had any issues with daily use for many hours. It doesn't distort even at high volumes, the bass is like being in a cinema, and believe me, you won't even turn it up all the way at a party (it's actually painful, you really hurt your ears and I'm not even sensitive). You can connect them to a PC, TV, even a mobile phone. Basically, anything with a jack port. I don't know what others write in the comments about hiss and speaker problems, but I've never experienced anything negative. They still feel like I just took them out of the box.
Now... if I had to mention some negatives, they would be:
1) If you have them permanently on like me, when you turn on the computer, the speakers don't play immediately. Meaning, you either a) have to have them turned off and turn them on when you want to listen, or b) give them 5 seconds to start on their own while the video is playing. Personally, I just do a quick on/off because I don't feel like waiting, and they start playing immediately. But then they never stop, unless you stop playing sound for about 20+ minutes. It's like they have a "sleep mode," I can't explain it better.
2) The cables of the jack port are on the bottom right side of the woofer, not on the back like many others. It's a minor inconvenience, but it might cause some annoyance for someone. Also, everything is wired, even the volume control. It doesn't have anything wireless, don't let the image confuse you. Although each piece can be detached from the woofer. It's not solid, but each piece has its own port and they all connect on top of the woofer.
From me, it's a yes to everything. It's worth it and it's overkill for home use. Happy shopping! Also, the quiet hours are from 7:00-15:00 and 17:00-23:00 ;)
I have had these speakers since 2018. They have been used for music and gaming on my PC! I have truly enjoyed them! They are very good speakers for a room, quite powerful. You don't need anything more, unless you want your ears to ring after use... Honest sound, good bass, very clear, they have fully satisfied me!!! I am satisfied so far. Recently, I have connected them with the following Logitech Bluetooth receiver (link provided) and they have been elevated. They connect very easily and I use them for both TV and PC (they are in the same room) or I connect them to my phone when everything is closed to stream music from web radio, and I have enjoyed them immensely!!! My personal experience of 4 years... flawless!!! And at a good price!!! I highly recommend them without hesitation!!!
Quality speakers in construction and sound. The bass is excessive but easily adjustable by the wired controller. The speakers suffer from mid-range frequencies like all single-driver speakers. However, they are above average for their category. They were purchased for 92€, which I consider excessive. However, for listening to music, gaming, movie viewing, and generally for multimedia use, they are excellent speakers. They are not audiophile speakers in any case.
If you are looking for speakers mainly for music, prefer the Edifier R1700. They are 2.0, meaning they do not have a subwoofer but they do not need it. They have enough bass and more resolution than the Logitech Z-533.
The speakers were purchased in March 2022. After 6 months of use for music, movies, and gaming, they remain fully functional. I am quite satisfied with their volume, excellent sound quality, and powerful bass! However, there have been some issues during their 6 months of operation:
1st: The volume potentiometer is broken, causing both speakers to produce static when the volume is increased quickly or at a moderate speed (specifically when turning ON/OFF and adjusting the volume). The problem stops when the potentiometer is stabilized.
2nd: As many have mentioned, the speakers produce a hiss noise at the minimum volume after some time.
3rd: I noticed that sometimes the right speaker has lower volume than the left. It fixes itself when the volume is adjusted.
Overall, mixed feelings about their performance in the first semester. I will update the review after 1 year, hoping that no other issues arise by then.
For their money, the speakers are incredibly loud, clean without distortion even at maximum volume, with awesome powerful bass to which it gives a slight emphasis, with a very nice appearance and control. They are definitely great for parties!
Excellent speakers. Clear sound, nice bass. Besides playing nicely with a laptop, if you connect an external player with a Jack, the sound is elevated. Bravo to Logitech.
Truly the best choice you can make. I live on the 5th floor and I can be heard all the way to the ground floor. Amazing bass, it shakes the floor above and below, and of course the whole house. Very clean sound and very powerful.
The best thing I have bought in speakers, perfect wonderful sound aesthetics quality worth the money if you find them buy them they are worth their money
Quite good speakers.. Very clear sound. and Powerful! I am very satisfied. After a few years, the left speaker stopped playing.. and the cable that reaches the volume controller is faulty!.. because when I move it occasionally, I hear the sound coming back. I don't know if this can be fixed.. If it could, I would keep them anyway!
