This specific toothpaste, in combination with the corresponding mouthwash, works wonders... it just requires patience! Due to a strong medication I am taking, I have intense bleeding and irritation of the gums. My dentist recommended this specific combination to protect my teeth while undergoing this medication treatment that causes severe gingivitis. Well, he was right... even though the medications I take are strong, after 3 months of using the toothpaste+mouthwash, the bleeding stopped. I highly recommend it, just be patient. Don't expect the problem to disappear within two days
