4 because the taste didn't particularly excite me but the same blue is OTK with mastic and the bleeding from the gums DISAPPEARS (+ the plaque).
Very good toothpaste for plaque sensitivity of the gums with a mild spearmint flavor (it doesn't have the mint flavor that most have and makes you feel like it's burning, 'thinking' that it's doing something), with a quantity the size of almost two peas is enough. It doesn't make much foam, correctly, because it doesn't have SLS, Propylene, Parabens, etc. nor miraculous whitening and other 'nonsense'. Ask your dentists about these things!
