Waste of money. I used it along with the stick from the same company and I didn't see any difference in cigarette and coffee stains. With the Elgidium whitening and also with the Colgate expert, the stains disappeared immediately. With this particular toothpaste, you won't notice any difference at all.

It contains the "famous" material used for whitening in dental clinics, but neither the ingredients nor the concentration of the whitening agent are stated on the packaging. In order for the whitening agent to be effective, it should be present in a proportion of at least 5% of the total volume of the product, according to dentists' opinions. Why is the ingredient and its proportion not stated anywhere? I never received a response to the email I sent to the company. Anyway, it is a simple toothpaste, without any significant results, so there is no reason to spend 5.5 euros at best, because I see that there are pharmacies selling it for much more. Get a Colgate toothpaste for two euros from Vasilopoulos and believe me, it will do exactly the same job. After a year of continuous use, I have permanently stopped wasting my money.
