As for the mouthwash, she explained that those containing alcohol are good if you smoke, because smoke disrupts the pH, so you want mouthwash from the usual supermarket brands. However, for specific problems, you need a pharmacy special. So, because I suffer from depression and I am on the autism and ADHD spectrum, I have trouble remembering to brush my teeth twice a day every day. This can lead to the onset of gingivitis. Fortunately, I do not have gum or tooth diseases. Generally, I inherited from my father's teeth. But with all the above, I inevitably need the best in toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash. Well, from the first use, I noticed a difference. I see an immediate difference in my whole mouth. My doctor has recommended that I need it only once a day. Given that the brand is not advertised, it was obviously recommended to us by our doctor. I have been systematically buying it for 10 years and I won’t change it. No supermarket has given me such oral health.
