It is the only serum that I use now, and believe me, I have tried many. Personally, I do not think it has a different - let alone better - taste, everything seems the same to me. However, it is by far the best ampoule. The nozzle cuts without leaving sharp angles, and with the right pressure, it effectively cleans every nostril, removing the mucus from the other side. It is also very important that you can even suction. It takes a little practice, but it is perfectly feasible. You empty the serum completely and then slowly let the ampoule suck up the residue. I highly recommend it

  They do their job and they are cheap, but when it comes to babies and infants, because the plastic nipple has sharp corners, if you don't pay attention or if the baby/child moves abruptly, then their sensitive nose bleeds. By hand, someone can feel the plastic corners which I personally consider dangerous and a design flaw. There are ampoules from other brands that do not have such a problem. I would not buy them again.

  I give one star for the new ampoule which hurts the nose. You have changed them for about a year now. They are more "sharp". The old ampoules had a more rounded tip and did not make the baby's nose bleed. I should also add that with the old ampoule, you would press it once and it would empty completely. Now with the new ones, I have to keep pressing it continuously, resulting in a slower process and irritating the baby. I have been using this product for years on all three of my children.

  Update 2023: The company suddenly changed the packaging and the vials. The packaging now opens from the side and it is not convenient at all with the vials being cut in rows. Additionally, the vial has a different design, with a harder (cheaper?) plastic, a cap that cannot close properly, and a nozzle that can now cause injury if not careful. What a shame!
